At CPS, training is an ongoing process that never stops. To ensure each employee is educated in such a way that their strengths are enhanced and their weaknesses are eliminated, a career enhancement plan is developed for each employee. This plan takes into consideration the employee’s personal goals and how they correlate with the duties at the clients site and CPS corporate objectives. The focus of the plan is to learn for life by focusing on the tasks at hand to be performed by each employee.
In order for any training to be effective, it is important the students understand the objectives with the training.
