While some guard positions naturally require full mobility in the event of emergency or in order to run down someone who has committed a crime, we do have internal monitoring and client facilities positions that allow career advancement for disabled individuals with full security guard cards and clearances. These positions enable individuals to achieve their vocational goals and for Cypress-Security to meet its internal mandate to develop a career enhancement plan for each employee. This plan takes into consideration the employee’s personal goals and how they correlate with the duties at the clients site and CPS corporate objectives.
